Joseph did a wonderful job really sweet and the best part his 9 year old nephew Riley came and worked with him he did such a fantastic job very hard workers.

Been using this business for about a month and I am absolutely in love with service and the owner is so personable and sweet.

So far, so good! Joe is very responsive and punctual. My last company was great in the beginning, but not -so-great after awhile. I'm hoping American Pet Waste keeps up the great service! I went them after speaking to many other companies, they're not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. So far, I'm very happy with them. I'll update this if I need too. Thanks, Joe!

I know Joseph from a business networking group, so when I realized I had a pigeon issue pertaining to our solar panels, I contacted him immediately. He came out the same day and was on my roof to do an inspection. He is professional, personable, and has very extensive industry knowledge and was able to explain the issues he found. My previous pet waste disposal company had completely stopped showing up to do the job on a weekly basis. While cancelling my credit card to stop the recurring charges (because they wouldn't respond to any inquiry over phone or email) I was referred to Joe at America Pet Waste Solutions. I grabbed his contact information and made a phone call immediately. He listened to my needs, apologized for my terrible experience elsewhere and assured me that would not be the case with him. He promptly provided me with a plan to clean up existing waste and get me scheduled moving forward. He assured me that he'd keep me updated and would be available with any problems or concerns. My needs are straightforward and simple and he kept it that way too. I soon got a text letting me know they had arrived and even a follow up text that the job was completed. I don't need the update, but it was a literal breath of fresh air to have the communication... and the waste removed. If you're looking for this type of service, give him a call!

Just had Joseph with American pet waste solutions come by (last minute. Texted him for a quote in help around 830am..he was here at 12:45pm) to help my backyard out while having extra pups. Less then an hour it took him to have my backyard back to normal. Very very affordable for his initial visit and weekly rate. Looking forward to the continued service and having our backyard back in way better standing!! Thank you Joseph!! (These photos don’t do his work Justin enough.. soft poop smashed into the turf grass from the two additional dogs we are fostering this week. 20/10 we give this work)

We're very happy with Joseph. He does a great job and is very detail oriented. We love the way he sanitizes the backyard. It always smells so good. He communicates and sends pictures when he's finished. We just hired the service recently, and so far it has been a wonderful experience for us.

Being a small business of him and his wife, i appreciate the hard work he puts into is business. I’m older and I was struggling to pick up my dog poop in my yard. I was at my mail box and saw a paper for a pooper scooper and I called the number and Joseph was able to schedule an appointment for me pretty quickly. He gave me a pretty good price on the initial clean up and sanitizing of my yard which I loved. He come once a week now and my dogs absolutely love him and is always very thorough with making sure the whole yard is picked up and it always smells so nice when he leaves.
